Meet Spencer Scott (they/them), originally from Channel Port aux Basques, they came to the city to pursue education in 2023, and has since found community here. They are a marine biology masters student at MUN, Co-president of Fridays for Future St. John’s, a member of MUN Students for Palestine and Queers for Palestine. When not at school, they are usually apart of community organizing, whether that be protests or elections matters, they are proud of their ties to organizing. They are also a beginner photographer, and love to make crafts!
As Volunteer Lead, Spencer hopes to make volunteering accessible and fun, as we all know the events wouldn’t run without the volunteers!
